Being hydrated doesn't have to just come from water, but for me it was an easy go-to. My favorite way to enhance plain water is to squeeze some pink lemon in my bottle. Pink lemon has such a nice mild flavor to it. But in our house, we often just toss in whatever fruits or berries we have in the fridge to turn it into a flavorful living water.
